Use the “Text Annotations” tool to comment on specific words or passages in translation projects, article or dissertation chapter drafts, readings, schedules, etc. With the default settings, the three most recently added entries for text annotation will display on the home page of your project, and all previous text annotation entries are accessible via the "More" tab.
Click on "Text Annotations" in the Toolbox to see a list of all of the entries for text annotation for the project. To add a new entry, click "Add Text to Annotate.”
If the text comes from a .pdf or .doc file that you'd like to make available for download, you can add that file as the "Source File." (Simply uploading the source file without adding text to the "Text to Annotate" box will make the file available for download but not for annotation.)
